Cube red potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes, place in a pot and cover with water, potatoes are served with the skins on. Boil potatoes until soft. Drain potatoes, and place into the fridge. When the potatoes have cooled place into a bowl, add yogurt, dill, and salt. Mix together well, and season for salt and pepper if needed.
This tastes better when the flavors meld together. While this is how they serve their potato salad, I think radishes, or even a few green onions would make this a nice change.
