Bugaboo Creek Sauteed Mushrooms

Mushroom and garlic just go together, enjoy these easy to prepare mushrooms any night of the week.

  • 1 pound white button mushrooms
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley


  • Clean and trim mushrooms, leaving only the caps. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 
  • Add mushrooms and sauté over medium/high heat until brown. Reduce heat to low for 4-5 minutes. 
  • Stir frequently, adding lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Sauté ingredients for one more minute.
