Instructions
Heat oil and saute jalapenos and onion. Add avocado and tomatoes and their juice and bring to a boil. Add all remaining ingredients and reduce, over a happy simmer, by 25 percent. Adjust seasonings and stir in cilantro. Serve immediately.
