Dressing

Instructions
Combine all the dressing ingredients and mix well.
In a large bowl, combine the red bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, kale, and cilantro and toss to combine.
Pour the dressing over vegetables. Then add the quinoa, brown rice, and red lentils and mix well.
