Place the margarine in a small pot over low heat. When it melts, add the garlic and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 475°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto a work surface. Place the pizza dough onto the floured surface and cut the dough into 20 equally sized pieces.
Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and brush each piece with some of the garlic-infused margarine. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the bread bites are baking, add the Parmesan cheese to the remaining margarine.
Remove the bread bites from the oven. Brush them heavily with the remaining margarine and sprinkle with dried parsley. Serve with marinara sauce, if desired.
Recipe Tips
Use store-bought pizza dough sold in bags. You will need to look in the refrigerator section of your grocery store. We do not recommend canned pizza dough, as it will not rise properly. If you want to use homemade pizza dough, this recipe is a favorite of ours.
