Crispy fries tossed in a buttery Buffalo sauce and topped with blue cheese crumbles, ranch drizzle, and green onions make this easy Buffalo Fries recipe a total crowd-pleaser.
1 1/2cupshot sauce(Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce recommended)
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
28ouncesfrozen Ore-Ida Fast Food French Fries
3ouncesblue cheese crumbles
1/2cupranch dressing mix
2tablespoonsfinely sliced green onionsgreens only
Instructions
To make the Buffalo sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and cook until heated through. Then lower the heat to a simmer.
Place the frozen french fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake according to the package directions. (For extra crispy fries, deep fry in vegetable oil and drain on a paper towel.)
Remove the fries from the oven and transfer to a platter or serving dish. Drizzle the prepared Buffalo sauce over the fries and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
Pop the fries back in the oven for a moment, just until the cheese melts slightly and sticks to the fries.
Drizzle half of the ranch dressing mix over the fries and serve the remaining as a dipping sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions.
