Ingredients

  • 9 ounces vanilla pudding
  • 5 ounces cool whip
  • 4 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 ccups coconut
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut
  • 2 baked pie shells

Instructions

  • Mix first 4 items. Pour in baked pie shells and top with toasted coconut. Chill.
    Yield: 2 pies
