Instructions
Prepare the cake mix as directed and pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan and bake. Remove the cake from the oven and use a straw to make several holes in the cake. Pour the entire jar of Carmel over the cake and spread evenly. Refrigerate the cake for about an hour or until completely cooled. Spread all of the Cool Whip on top of the cake and garnish with Hershey Bar shavings.
