Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups celery chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 4 ounces mushrooms canned
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup canned
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 can Chop Suey Noodles

Instructions

  • Brown beef, then add celery and onion to simmer in pan. Add mushrooms, soup, and 1 1/2 C. water, soy sauce, and rice. Bake for 1 hour. Put Chop Suey noodles on top and bake for 15 minutes more.
