Ingredients

pounds
bone-in chicken
(thighs, wings, backs, or necks)
▢
2
carrots
peeled and sliced
▢
2
ribs
celery
sliced
▢
½ to 1
onion
▢
water
(enough to fill the Instant Pot to the 10-cup mark)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
Use the manual setting to cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
When the broth has finished cooking, either perform a quick release or allow the pressure to release naturally.
Strain the solids from the broth and discard the bones and arromatics.
Store the broth in the fridge and use it within about 7 days, or freeze it for longer storage.
