Mozzarella’s Bread Spread is the perfect soft cheese spread for crackers and crusty bread. This flavorful bread spread is seasoned just right with white pepper, garlic, and herbs.
Sometimes you want to serve a little something different at a party or a dinner. This Mozzarella’s Bread Spread is just the soft spreadable cheese that you want to serve. It is a combination of cream cheese, butter, garlic, and herbs. This spreads perfectly on toasted crostini.
If you are on a low carb diet, or perhaps you are following the keto diet, this is a great spread to put on grilled chicken or some raw vegetables.
I love that this cheese spread will stay fresh in your refrigerator for about 7 days, so if you make some for a big dinner party, it will last for a few nights later. I have served this as an appetizer for my guests to nosh on, as well as a “butter” for hot bread, and people always rave about this cheese spread.
A fellow viewer came up with this recipe. It is wonderful! I love it because it is lower in fat than many other spreads. This is a great cheesy spread to have on hand for whenever you want to make your dinner extra special. This cheese spread stays fresh for a couple of weeks.

Linda
where is the mozzarella I’m it! There is no mozzarella in the recipe ingredients!
Linda C Ricke
There is no mozzarella cheese in this recipe, it is the name of the restaurant’s garlic spread they make. This is a copycat recipe.
