This is all great and thank you for the information was wondering if you know how to make the sandwich we would get when we traveled and would get some and get back on the road. We would ask for sausage, fried egg on lightly buttered toast. We bought the ingredients and tried to make it at home…did not taste the same. Any ideas?

Sure, you may not be using the same exact brand of butter that they use. Also the sausage they use may be different than what you can purchase.
Hope this helps.
