Ingredients you will need
For baking these Bread Bites, you’ll need:
- All-purpose flour – keeps the Bites from sticking to the work surface.
- Margarine (you can use butter) – provides the bread with a rich taste and carries the flavor of the other Domino’s Parmesan Bread Bites ingredients without burning as butter may.
- Garlic – gives these Bites their signature taste.
- Pre-made Pizza dough, store-bought or homemade, bakes into a crisp, chewy base. Do not use canned pizza dough, use the dough sold in plastic bags, or make homemade pizza dough.
- Parmesan cheese – adds a salty, nutty umami flavor and crunchy coating.
- Dried parsley – looks great and provides a subtle herbal element to balance the richer ingredients.
For serving the Bites, you’ll need
- Marinara sauce or Pizza sauce (optional) – adds a touch of sweetness and acidity, highlighting the garlic and cheese.

How to make Domino’s Parmesan Bread Bites
To prepare Parmesan Bread Bites like Domino’s:
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- While the oven heats up, mince the garlic and add it to a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add the margarine or butter to the saucepan and swirl it around to coat the garlic.
- Heat the saucepan over a flame while stirring occasionally to prevent the garlic from burning. You may need to adjust the heat. When the garlic is golden, about ten minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat and cover to keep warm.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup. Set aside.
- Dust your work surface with flour.
- Divide the pizza dough in half and roll each half into a log about an inch thick.
- Cut each dough log into 10 equal-sized pieces.
- Generously brush the pizza dough pieces with the garlic margarine on all sides, then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Keep the leftover garlic margarine covered for later.
- Bake the Bites in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they turn a nice color. To allow the Bites to cook evenly, flip the pieces after about five minutes.
- While the Domino’s Parmesan Bread Bites are baking, stir the Parmesan cheese into the remaining garlic margarine.
- When the Bites come out of the oven, brush them with additional Parmesan garlic margarine. If the margarine has thickened up, reheat it over low heat.
- Plate the Bites and garnish them with a sprinkling of dried parsley. Serve with a small bowl of warm marinara sauce on the side, if desired.

What to serve with them
You can definitely enjoy these Bites with your favorite pizza sauce, but they also work like traditional garlic bread. Below are three excellent recipes that pair well with Parmesan Bread Bites.
Carrabas Mussels in White Wine Sauce – Mussels don’t have to be a restaurant-only dish. This version made with white wine, garlic, and onions is a quick, easy dish that can still impress your guests.
Olive Garden Capellini Pomodoro – Say “No” to jarred sauces and recreate the Capellini Pomodoro from Olive Garden right in your own kitchen. With minimal ingredients, this fresh tomato sauce comes together in minutes yet still bursts with flavor. It’s healthy, delicious, and so easy to make.
Wings and Things Garlic Buffalo Wings – These battered wings take traditional hot wings to the next level of yum by adding a subtle hint of garlic and a crisp coating. These wings may be a little tamer than most Buffalo Wings, but they definitely deliver when it comes to taste.
