Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 8 ounces clam juice
  • 6 ounces baby clams 1 can
  • 1 can Green Giant Mexicorn
  • 6 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 pound potato peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in saucepan (except for evaporated milk), bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 10-15 or until vegetables are soft. Add evaporated milk, bring almost to a boil and serve immediately.
