What Makes the Paradise Starbucks Drink so good?

Do you wish you could get away on an island holiday, but a vacation just isn’t in the cards right now? Why not mix up a Paradise Drink from Starbucks and pretend?

The one-of-a-kind blend of tropical fruit juices, creamy coconut milk, and sweet and tart crushed pineapples sets this refreshing drink apart. Mix up a pitcher of Paradise Drink, and you can sip your way to Shangri-la whenever you want.

This refreshing drink with bright tropical flavors of pineapple and passionfruit juices is the perfect summer sip.

Why You Should Try This Starbucks Paradise Drink Recipe

Iced coffee and iced tea are great, but if you are looking for something a little different, you can’t go wrong with a Paradise Starbucks Drink. When you opt to use all-natural and no-sugar-added ingredients, it’s a whole lot healthier and tastier than your favorite soft drink.

Since it is caffeine-free, you can enjoy this drink any time of the day or night. It’s also dairy-free and gluten-free.

What Is in the Starbucks Paradise Drink?

For this non-coffee beverage, you’ll need:

  • Ice

Ingredient Notes

Passion fruit juice isn’t always available in supermarkets, but you can sometimes find a carton on the shelves. Just be careful when choosing the juice for this recipe. Don’t go with a puree because it will have the wrong consistency.

Be sure to check out the section Where to Find the Ingredients below for more information on selecting passion fruit juice.

Choose unsweetened coconut milk without any thickeners for the best results.

How to Make Starbucks Paradise Drink

To prepare a copycat Starbucks Paradise Drink:

  1. In a pitcher or mixing bowl with a spout, whisk together the pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, and coconut milk.
  2. Fill the serving glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture into the glass.
  3. Add a layer of crushed pineapple on top and serve with a straw.

Where to Find the Ingredients

The only ingredient in this Paradise Starbucks Drink recipe that you may have trouble finding is passion fruit juice. You probably won’t be able to locate 100 percent pure passion fruit juice (although you can make it yourself).

Most brands contain other ingredients, but if you have the option, stay away from brands that contain corn syrup, and look for brands that use other fruit juice as a sweetener. A good choice is the all-natural passion fruit juice from Ceres, which adds pear juice but no corn syrup or extra sugar.

What to Serve With a Copycat Paradise Drink

There is more than enough flavor crammed into this recipe, but if you want to add even more, then try a few of these suggestions:

  • Top pineapple passionfruit refresher with whipped cream or vanilla cold foam. Both options will add a bit of sweetness to the drink.
  • Mix in a shot of flavored syrup. Pump up the intensity of the drink with passion fruit syrup, or choose your favorite fruit for an even more complex taste.
  • Replace the crushed pineapple with a different fruit like macerated strawberries or sweetened desiccated coconut.
  • Transform the drink into an adult beverage with a shot of dark rum.
  • For extra energy, mix in half a teaspoon of green coffee extract. You can find green coffee extract sold as a supplement in some stores and online.

I haven’t tried this yet but I just wanted to leave a comment that MIGHT help with the passion fruit juice. If u can’t find the juice, the large Asian grocery store in my area sells passion fruit puree in the fridge section of the store. I might try it with both to see which is better and leave a review on rather or not passion fruit juice is better OR passion fruit puree is better. I will tell u, passion fruit puree is AWESOME mixed with vodka. I’m not a huge drinker. I drink maybe 1 every 4 years. But the puree and vodka is my new to go drink.
