Ingredients
Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted

- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 ounces butter room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons milk
Instructions
- If using refrigerated and/or store-bought pizza dough, remove it from the packaging, place it into an oiled bowl covered with a towel, and let it warm up to room temperature before using.
- Place the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- When the pizza dough has reached room temperature, roll it into a rectangular shape and place it in a 9×13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Gently stretch the dough to the edges of the pan.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough in half and then make six horizontal slices.
- Brush the melted butter onto the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
