Very good and so creamy. I reduced the cinnamon to 1/4 teaspoon and it was perfect. The only question I have is about the cinnamon. It’s not dissolving so it floats in my coffee. Any suggestions?

This is a great easy Amaretto Creamer recipe. Instead of 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, I used 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Extract…works great! Delicious!

A little too much cinnamon for me but still good. Haven’t seen in local stores in a few months. I actually contacted International Delight and got a corporate blah, blah, blah response about production issues. They seem to be able to produce all their new flavors! Bye!

Delicious and so simple. I have been searching all my local supermarkets for Amaretto coffee creamer to no avail. I asked someone in the fairy department and he said he doesn’t know when or if there item is coming back. In fact, he can’t even order it anymore. I was desperate! This recipe is an excellent alternative. Thank you so much!

One of the very few good things this pandemic has resulted in is forcing me to find an alternative to the International Delight Amaretto creamer. This is not just the best Amaretto creamer I’ve had but one of the best creamers ever! Thanks.

Looking for a recipe for Pumpkin Spice coffee creamer, similar to Coffee mate or International Delight. My family uses the flavored creamers in our hot cocoa, and this is a favorite along with the Peppermint flavors.
