Chicken Noodle Tetrazzini is the perfect dish to make for a weeknight. A creamy sauce, noodles, chicken and more make for a delightful casserole.
Chicken Noodle Tetrazzini
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Noodles
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 can or 1 cup cooked Chicken
- 15 ounces canned peas drained
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Bring water to boil; gradually add noodles so that the water continues to boil. Cook 8 - 10 minutes; drain noodles and put back into saucepan. Mix soup and milk together in a bowl until blended. Put soup and chicken with noodles and mix; put into buttered casserole. Melt butter; mix in crumbs and spread over casserole. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
