I love this recipe! I make it quite often as my meal prep for lunches for the week. It makes a lot – my husband and I each get 3 or 4 lunches with this. I don’t change anything about the recipe. It’s delicious! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes.

I’m drooling over this recipe and no chicken in the house. I can’t wait to make it. Not sure about the ranch seasoning, as I need to seriously cut sodium. But nothing sounds more like summer than this pretty fruity salad/chicken! Thanks!
Have you ever tried to find the secret to Boston Market’s chicken salad? Wish you would.

Thank you for your email, I haven’t tried the Boston Market Chicken Salad, it is getting harder and harder for me to find these restaurants, but I will keep your suggestion in mind.

Excellent! I will probably reduce the salt and pepper the next time I make this but that’s just my personal preference. Great recipe!!!

Great flavor but mine was dry. Should I have put some of the chicken stock in the chicken when I shredded it? Family loved it and I have saved to my favorite recipes

Made a big batch about a week ago. I roasted the pecans for about 9 min at 400 degrees. To keep it lower carb I used blueberries and red raspberries with a dusting of Stevia. Keep ’em coming!

The ingredients are what I have been using in Chicken Salad for years, BUT in this recipe, cooking the chicken in chicken broth (unless it’s low sodium) infuses waaay too much sodium per serving, to be ‘healthy’.

I have made your chicken salad recipe for years and it’s delicious. I just boil my chicken in water instead of beef stock and I add pineapple. And I don’t I add the ranch dressing mix, but I want to try that it would be good
