Make homemade tartar sauce that tastes just like Simon and Seaforts.

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 chopped pitted green olives
  • 2 cup real Mayonnaise do not use Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper


  • Mix together the pickles, onion, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and white pepper until blended. Allow this to set for at least two hours for best flavor.
