I have to say when asked what is my favorite recipe I have ever recreated what would it be? It would be without a doubt, the Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce.
When I was in high school we lived in Coldspring, Texas, it was far from any major city. So for me going to the Olive Garden was amazing. My home town had one restaurant at the time, and while it was quite good, it didn’t have things like any sort of Italian style dishes. They didn’t serve up something more exotic like Alfredo sauce, or that delicious chocolate covered cheesecake they used to sell.
I always thought their Alfredo sauce was intriguing. I lived out in the country, so for me, this was exotic. I would watch public television on the weekends (we didn’t have cable) for the cooking shows. I would check out books from our library just to try to find recipes similar to ones I tried in restaurants. This is how I got started recreating recipes.
Here are all of my Olive Garden Recipes. So many of my early recipes were my favorite Olive Garden recipes. I have done quite a few over the years. I hope you enjoy my collection of Olive Garden recipes.
Hi Stephanie. I would love the recipe for that steak tips in a brown wine sauce. It’s now off the menu. It was so delicious
Omg it waa one of my favorites. So tender and delicious. I hope Stephanie posts a recipe!
Were you ever able to get the Parmesan Crusted Zucchini recipe (goes with Chicken Margarita) figured out?
I need to finish this recipe! I have played around with it.
a recipe for the chicken alfredo pizza would be nice!
I thought I saw a recipe here recently that was the artichoke-spinach sauce with chicken and now I cant find it. Was I dreaming? Also the original alfredo sauce recipe just goes to a ‘can’t find’ page. What’s up with that? I don’t really want to make a gallon of it.
I don’t think I have had a recipe for artichoke-spinach sauce from the olive garden. All of my OG recipes are on this page, and I update this page as new recipes are added.
Would love to have Olive Garden limoncello mousse recipe! Thx
I was looking for their plain old spaghetti sauce – my favorite!
I would like their salad dressing
You can get it at any grocery store…
One of my favorite Italian restaurants happens to be Olive Garden. I tried one of their new lasagnas, Seafood. It was amazing.
Could you possibly add this to your list, please?
Hi Neighbor, I grew up in the San Luis Valley and now live in Co Springs area.
We had dinner at Olive Garden tonight and I had the Chicken Margherit, it’s a new dish and it was AMAZING. I am not normally a zucchini fan but I decided to try it and was amazed, I wished that I had more. I would love it if you could try this dish & recreate it.
Thank you so much for all of your work in recreating these recipes.
~Souther Colorado neighbor.
I have been working on this recipe, it should be posted online soon.
