I have to say when asked what is my favorite recipe I have ever recreated what would it be? It would be without a doubt, the Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce.

When I was in high school we lived in Coldspring, Texas, it was far from any major city. So for me going to the Olive Garden was amazing. My hometown had one restaurant at the time, and while it was quite good, it didn’t have things like any sort of Italian style dishes. They didn’t serve up something more exotic like Alfredo sauce, or that delicious chocolate covered cheesecake they used to sell.
I always thought their Alfredo sauce was intriguing. I lived out in the country, so for me, this was exotic. I would watch public television on the weekends (we didn’t have cable) for the cooking shows. I would check out books from our library just to try to find recipes similar to ones I tried in restaurants. This is how I got started recreating recipes.
Here are all of my Olive Garden Recipes. So many of my early recipes were my favorite Olive Garden recipes. I have done quite a few over the years. I hope you enjoy my collection of Olive Garden recipes.

Did you ever find the recipe for the chocolate covered cheesecake?
Stephanie,
I am looking for the perfect Marinara sauce. All your recipes sound so delicious and I will try the 5 Cheese Lasagna soon but I would really love to have the perfect sauce to go with it. I’ve tried several from the internet but they were disappointing – too sweet or not the flavor I’m looking for. I want guest to rave over the sauce. Do you have something for me? Sure would appreciate your sharing.
Thank you!
Sandy
That is also what I was looking for.
Would love the Olive Garden Sausage Stuffed Giant Rigatoni. Thanks for all the recipes!
I would love to know how to make the Lemonchello Dolcini.
I don’t know how to make these, I will add this to my list.
Maybe you’ve already found a recipe for Lemonchello Dolcini, but this is the closest I found.

I believe it’s Limonchello…..and dolcini is just “A selection of 25 mini desserts”. So I’m not sure just what you were looking for. I hope this helps.
Olive Garden had an alcoholic sweet drink made with vanilla ice creme. Khalua, vanilla liquor. And unfortunately I don’t remember the rest of the recipe. Can you help?

I used to work at the Olive Garden back in the early 90s…the Pasta Fagioli Soup wasn’t made with marinara sauce (although I’m sure it’s delicious that way)…they always used V-8 when I worked there.
Cheers!
Olive Garden’s Talapia Piccata with Parmesan crusted Zucchini is wonderful. I’d love to know their secret recipes.

Steak Gorgonzola, I believe that was the title. No Alfredo, just the steak and stuff–It is delicious. Do you have that recipe? I didn’t see it, but would love to have it. Thanks so much. This site is delicious.
This is a recipe that I would like as well. The steak gorgonzola. I’ve only eaten at Olive Garden a couple of times, and this is one of the dishes I had. I was great.
I was out in CO, 2015 for Xmas at my son’s house. My daughter-in-law made 2 of your soup receipes & I felt like I was at the restaurant, they were so delicious. I got hooked on this but I am a widow & some of the receipes I will have to cut in half. Do you have any suggestions on freezing any of the cooked receipes. I am so thanful for getting me hooked on your site. I hope that everyone that gets on your site appreciates all of your effort in what you do. Thank You
I hope you enjoyed your time out in Colorado. I grew up in Pueblo. I don’t typically freeze recipes. My freezer, unfortunately, turns into a frozen wasteland. I do try to plan out my meals, and I invite someone over to share. People have noted that all of the soup recipes freeze well.
Do you have olive garden’s eggplant parmesan
You mentioned the cheesecake with chocolate topping that is no longer available . It was delicious! Do you have that recipe?

Help! I am a new subscriber who loves you recipes. I have several I would love to try but not all at once! I know this is probably a dumb question but how do I “save” a recipe at this site? Thanks!
You can go to the recipe, and click on ‘Make Recipe’ and it will save it to a recipe box for you. You could also pin a recipe to one of your pin board at pinterest to save a recipe. I hope this helps!
I just got paid —————————————————–
